Clean and comfortable accommodations.
Our check-in process was frustrating. Arriving at 3:10 PM, we found our room was not ready, forcing us to wait helplessly while smelling awful odors in the lobby. Once finally inside, we couldn't access our room with the self-programmed key, which wasted more of our time and patience.

It is conveniently located.
The carpet was filthy and stiff. The bathroom was adequate, but very small and the amenities were virtually non-existent. There were two very tiny soaps, literally single-use soap. There were cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom doorway. Although you couldn't smell smoke (was a non-smoking room) there were cigarette burns in the blanket. I booked a king room and a room with two queens. We were given a room with 2 queen beds and the other room had 2 doubles. My husband is 6'6" and needs a king size bed.

Fairly clean, small hotel. Reasonably large units with nice bathroom, the fan plus 2 queen size beds, and friendly staff. Wonderful remote location, very close to a nice lake and Cranwell Resort. 10 minutes' walk to Piazza del Duomo.

Just a fine choice for a short weekend trip in Lee with fantastic value. Hot coffee in the morning was a nice touch. If you can overlook a shabby exterior, this place works well.

Clean, comfortable.
The coffee in the room is horrible. The one packet of coffee one is supposed to put in the filter is not enough for one cup, much less two. It tasted like dirty dish water. Please get some real coffee.

The Queen Room we stayed in was clean but definitely needed updates. There was an old smoke smell mixed with strong deodorizer. The towels were fluffy and felt new, nice. But yeah, we found some quirky things like banana clip barrettes being used to keep the curtains closed. It felt more like a budget motel than a comfy inn.

AM continental breakfast.
Room was somewhat shoddy and very overpriced. Shower stall was dirty.

Convenient location just off highway and easy to reach Tanglewood.
Needs sprucing up as it is looking a little shabby.

Budget rooms, on web site does say pets o.k., got to the desk and the sign says no pets, I was charged 25.00 extra a day for my 5lb. Ball of fur. Who does not shed ,not so happy there . The man then took off 5.00 a day , but still , come on ,if you say o.k. To pets, at least say what the extras are on your web site. No fair scamming extra 80.00 after I arrive at your door with my dog.

I was charged $175 a night rather than $150. I would appreciate a refund.

The location was great, for example, Lee Library was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite television, climate control and a microwave. Private bathroom was large😃
Even though everything was nice, some of the staff were not that friendly.
